Sales Team Lead

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Supervisor to join our team at 11095056 CANADA INC. as a key member of our sales team.
Key Responsibilities- Assign Sales Team Members to Duties: Effectively allocate sales tasks and responsibilities to team members to ensure optimal sales performance.
- Authorize Return of Merchandise: Process and approve returns of merchandise in accordance with company policies and procedures.
- Establish Work Schedules: Create and manage work schedules for sales team members to ensure adequate coverage and productivity.
- Sell Merchandise: Utilize sales techniques and product knowledge to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Prepare Reports on Sales Volumes, Merchandising, and Personnel Matters: Analyze sales data and prepare reports to inform business decisions and optimize sales performance.
- Resolve Issues: Address customer complaints, supply chain disruptions, and other issues that may impact sales performance.
- Organize and Maintain Inventory: Ensure accurate and efficient inventory management to meet sales demands.
- Supervise and Coordinate Activities of Workers: Lead and manage sales team members to achieve sales goals and objectives.
- Supervision: 3-4 people
- Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year
- Employment Type: Permanent
