2482883 Ontario Inc is seeking a skilled Sales Supervisor to join our team. As a Sales Supervisor, you will be responsible for leading a team of sales staff and overseeing the day-to-day operations of our retail store. Your primary duties will include hiring and training staff, ordering merchandise, and authorizing returns. You will also be responsible for establishing work schedules, selling merchandise, and preparing reports on sales volumes and personnel matters. Additionally, you will be responsible for organizing and maintaining inventory, supervising and coordinating activities of workers, and ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively. This is a permanent position with a 30-hour workweek and requires English language proficiency.
