We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Supervisor to join our team at Vaghela Enterprises Inc. As a Sales Supervisor, you will be responsible for leading a team of sales staff and overseeing the day-to-day operations of our retail store.

Key Responsibilities
  • Hiring and Training: Recruit, train, and develop a team of sales staff to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed in their roles.
  • Merchandise Management: Order and manage inventory, including authorizing returns and resolving any issues that may arise.
  • Sales and Revenue: Meet or exceed sales targets by selling merchandise and preparing reports on sales volumes and merchandising matters.
  • Team Management: Establish work schedules, supervise and coordinate the activities of sales staff, and resolve any issues that may arise.
  • Inventory Management: Organize and maintain inventory, including tracking stock levels and ensuring that merchandise is properly stored and displayed.
Requirements
  • Education: College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a sales or retail management role.
  • Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Ability to stand for extended periods, bend, crouch, and kneel.
  • Personal Suitability: Excellent client focus, efficient interpersonal skills, flexibility, and reliability.
