Qualifications

  • Experience: 2 to 3 years in a similar role or equivalent experience

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and distribute incoming correspondence, both regular and electronic
  • Schedule and confirm patient appointments
  • Input and format medical reports and correspondence electronically, as well as prepare necessary documents for review
  • Establish and maintain confidential patient files and records
  • Conduct data entry tasks
  • Deliver exceptional customer service
  • Perform various administrative duties
  • Exhibit professionalism in all customer interactions
Technical Skills
  • Proficient in electronic mail systems
  • Familiarity with MS Windows
  • Experience with electronic medical records
