Key Responsibilities:
- Provide Comprehensive Patient Care: Develop and implement treatment plans for patients of all ages, genders, and medical conditions.
- Conduct Routine Check-Ups and Assessments: Perform routine check-ups, assessments, and vaccinations to ensure patients receive the best possible care.
- Collaborate with Healthcare Professionals: Work closely with other healthcare professionals and staff to ensure coordinated care and optimal patient outcomes.
- Maintain Accurate Medical Records: Keep accurate and detailed medical records for all patients to ensure continuity of care.
- Stay Up-to-Date with Medical Education: Commit to ongoing medical education to stay current with the latest medical research and best practices.
Requirements:
- Certification: Certification by the College of Family Physicians of Canada (CFPC) and the College of Physicians and Surgeons of Ontario (CPSO) is required.
- Excellent Communication Skills: Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with patients, colleagues, and other healthcare professionals.
- High Standards of Discipline and Ethics: Demonstrate high standards of discipline, punctuality, courtesy, ethics, and compassion in all aspects of patient care.
