Healthcare Office Manager

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Administrative Assistant to join our team at Polar iHealth Clinics. As an Office Administrative Assistant, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our healthcare facilities.
Key Responsibilities- Coordinate and Manage Office Operations
- Oversee the daily activities of the office, including scheduling appointments, managing calendars, and coordinating travel arrangements.
- Develop and implement efficient office procedures to improve productivity and workflow.
- Provide Administrative Support
- Assist with data entry, record-keeping, and other administrative tasks as needed.
- Prepare and distribute reports, documents, and other materials as required.
- Communicate Effectively
- Answer and direct phone calls, respond to emails, and provide excellent customer service to patients, visitors, and staff.
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with patients, families, and healthcare providers.
- Manage Office Supplies and Equipment
- Order and maintain office supplies, including paper, toner, and other essential items.
- Ensure that all office equipment, including computers, printers, and phones, are functioning properly and are properly maintained.
- Education and Experience
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in an administrative role, or equivalent experience.
- Work Environment
- Healthcare institution, facility, or clinic.
- Physical and Mental Demands
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask.
- Free Parking
- Permanent Full-Time Position
- 35-40 Hours per Week
