Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate and Manage Office Operations
    • Oversee the flow of information within the team, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration.
    • Direct and control daily operations, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Provide Administrative Support
    • Schedule and confirm appointments, ensuring timely and efficient use of staff time.
    • Answer telephone calls and relay messages, providing exceptional customer service.
  • Manage Office Systems and Procedures
    • Determine and establish office procedures and routines, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
    • Maintain and manage digital databases, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information.
  • Support Patient Care
    • Greet patients and direct them to contacts or service areas, providing a warm and welcoming experience.

Requirements
  • Education and Experience
