Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Healthcare Manager to join our team at the Canadian Association of Community Health Centres. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our healthcare services, ensuring the delivery of high-quality patient care and promoting a culture of excellence within our organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement strategic plans to improve healthcare services and outcomes
  • Lead and manage a team of healthcare professionals, providing guidance and support to ensure the delivery of high-quality patient care
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and address healthcare needs and priorities
  • Develop and manage budgets, ensuring effective resource allocation and financial management
  • Monitor and evaluate healthcare services, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes as needed
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards
  • Develop and maintain relationships with healthcare providers, community organizations, and other stakeholders
Requirements
  • Master's degree in healthcare administration, business administration, or a related field
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in healthcare management, with a proven track record of success
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire teams
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with stakeholders
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with multiple priorities and deadlines
