Job Title: Production Supervisor

Elite Sofa Designs is seeking a highly skilled Production Supervisor to oversee the smooth operation of our manufacturing processes. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient production of high-quality sofas.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate Production Activities: Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure efficient production processes, meeting deadlines and quality standards.
  • Lead Production Team: Supervise and motivate a team of production staff, providing guidance and support to ensure they have the necessary skills and resources to perform their duties.
  • Monitor Production Performance: Track and analyze production metrics, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes to optimize production efficiency.
  • Manage Inventory and Supplies: Oversee the receipt, storage, and issuance of materials, ensuring that production needs are met and inventory levels are maintained.
  • Implement Quality Control: Develop and implement quality control processes to ensure that all products meet the company's quality standards.
  • Collaborate with Other Departments: Work closely with other departments, such as sales and marketing, to ensure that production needs are aligned with business objectives.
Requirements:
  • Experience: 1-2 years of experience in a manufacturing or supervisory role.
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field (e.g. business, operations management) preferred.
  • Skills: Strong leadership and communication skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, attention to detail, and ability to multitask.
