Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Mattress Manufacturing Supervisor to join our team at NuAge Foam Inc. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our mattress manufacturing facility.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Supervision: Supervise and coordinate the activities of 5-10 production staff, ensuring that they have the necessary training and resources to perform their duties effectively.
  • Quality Control: Implement and maintain quality control processes to ensure that our mattresses meet the highest standards of quality and safety.
  • Inventory Management: Manage inventory levels and ensure that materials and supplies are ordered and received in a timely manner.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Prepare and submit regular reports on production performance, quality control, and inventory management.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a supervisory or leadership role in a manufacturing environment.
  • Skills: Excellent leadership and communication skills, attention to detail, hand-eye coordination, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
