We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Officer to join our team at Prepac Manufacturing Ltd. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, preparing financial statements, and ensuring compliance with accounting standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Financial Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, including general ledgers and financial statements.
  • Financial Reporting: Prepare and analyze financial reports, including trial balances and reconciliations.
  • Accounting Standards: Ensure compliance with accounting standards and internal control procedures.
  • Computer and Technology Knowledge: Proficient in enterprise resource planning (ERP) software, MS Excel, MS Windows, and MS Word.
  • Area of Specialization: Accounting.
  • Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Ability to work independently, attention to detail, fast-paced environment, and work under pressure.
  • Personal Suitability: Accurate, dependable, excellent oral and written communication, judgment, organized, reliable, team player, and time management.
  • Screening Questions: Are you currently legally able to work in Canada? Do you have previous experience in this field of employment? Do you have the above-indicated required certifications? What is the highest level of study you have completed?
