Position Overview

Norden Windows And Doors Ltd. is seeking a dedicated Production Manager to oversee our manufacturing operations. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in production management and a commitment to quality and efficiency.

Qualifications
  • Education: Bachelor's degree
  • Experience: 3 to 5 years in a similar role
Key Responsibilities
  • Establish and maintain equipment maintenance schedules, recommending machine replacements as necessary.
  • Conduct quality control inspections to ensure product standards are met.
  • Recruit, supervise, and facilitate training for employees on new equipment and production methodologies.
  • Manage and organize inventory effectively.
  • Plan and implement modifications to machinery, production systems, and operational methods.
  • Develop and oversee the departmental budget.
  • Direct, control, and evaluate daily operational activities.
