Position Overview

Norden Windows And Doors Ltd. is seeking a dedicated Production Manager to oversee our manufacturing processes and ensure operational excellence.

Qualifications
  • Education: Bachelor's degree required
  • Experience: 3 to 5 years in a similar role
Key Responsibilities
  • Establish and maintain equipment maintenance schedules while advising on machinery replacements
  • Conduct quality assurance inspections to uphold product standards
  • Recruit, mentor, and oversee training of staff on new machinery and production methodologies
  • Manage and organize inventory effectively
  • Design and implement improvements to machinery, production systems, and operational methods
  • Develop and manage the departmental budget
  • Plan, coordinate, direct, and assess daily production activities
