Overview

We're seeking a skilled Technology Sales Professional to represent Konica Minolta Business Solutions in the office product and services marketplace. As an Account Executive, you will provide professional and ethical representation of our brand to current and potential customers.

Key Responsibilities

As a Business Solutions Representative, you will work directly with customers to understand their needs and develop tailored solutions to meet their expectations. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Developing and maintaining strong relationships with customers to identify their business needs and provide solutions that meet their expectations.
  • Learning and selling complex business solutions to drive revenue growth and expand our customer base.
  • Providing exceptional customer service and support to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Managing and growing existing customer relationships to increase sales and revenue.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following qualifications:

  • A university or college degree in a relevant field, such as business, marketing, or sales.
  • At least 2 years of sales experience, preferably in a business-to-business (B2B) environment.
  • Previous experience in account management and business development.
  • Strong business acumen and presence, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers and colleagues.
  • Confident and assertive, with a consultative approach to sales and customer service.
  • Organized and prioritized, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
  • A high level of professionalism and integrity, with a strong focus on customer experience and satisfaction.
