Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Marketing Specialist to join our team in a dynamic and permanent role. As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for collaborating with sales leadership to identify, define, and produce integrated marketing campaigns aimed at acquiring new customers and fostering repeat business.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to support sales and marketing initiatives
  • Work closely with internal experts and external partners to coordinate and assist in the development of campaigns and programs
  • Ensure campaign implementation adheres to organizational guidelines and best practices
  • Monitor and measure campaign performance to assess success and identify areas for improvement
  • Compile regular reports of campaign performance and results
  • Enhance new campaigns using data and feedback from existing and previous projects

Requirements

  • Post-secondary education, preferably a bachelor's degree in business or a related discipline with a major in marketing
  • 3+ years' experience in a marketing capacity with a strong understanding of various marketing functions
  • Strong leadership and decision-making skills
  • Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills
  • A background in project management and experience executing marketing campaigns is an asset
  • Ability to work under high pressure and provide creative and innovative solutions
