Role of the Wireless Sales Representative

As a Wireless Sales Representative, you will serve as the frontline advisor, utilizing your expertise to guide customers towards their optimal phone of choice and rate plan options that align with their unique lifestyles. You will be responsible for:

  • Proactively approaching and engaging potential customers to promote wireless products and services.
  • Establishing genuine relationships with customers and offering expert advice on mobile phones, rate plans, accessories, and device protection plans.
  • Understanding our carrier mix, promotional offerings, and pricing.
  • Upselling additional products to enhance the customer's experience.
  • Collaborating with peers to increase and drive store traffic to boost sales.
  • Staying up-to-date on the latest trends and mobile devices in the telecommunications industry.
  • Processing sales transactions, maintaining accurate inventory records, and ensuring the cleanliness and organization of the sales floor.
  • Performing follow-up interactions with clients to ensure satisfaction post-sale.
