We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Client Success Manager to join our team at Reflective Marketing. As a Client Success Manager, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our clients, ensuring their satisfaction with our services, and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain deep relationships with clients to understand their business needs and goals
  • Work closely with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of services and meet client expectations
  • Identify and capitalize on opportunities to upsell and cross-sell services to clients
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients, responding to their inquiries and resolving issues in a timely manner
  • Collaborate with the sales team to identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to acquire new clients
  • Develop and implement client success plans to ensure client satisfaction and retention
  • Monitor and analyze client data to identify trends and areas for improvement
  • Communicate effectively with clients and internal stakeholders to ensure alignment and progress towards goals
Requirements
  • 2+ years of experience in a client-facing role, preferably in a marketing or sales environment
  • Proven track record of building and maintaining strong relationships with clients
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Experience with CRM software and other marketing tools
