Main Responsibilities:

  • Ensure adherence to company standards.
  • Oversee financial management, including budgets.
  • Manage cash handling and deposits.
  • Authorize purchase orders.
  • Resolve customer issues effectively.
  • Be available during busy service periods.
  • Encourage teamwork through clear communication and regular staff meetings.
  • Execute marketing initiatives.
  • Train new hires and enhance the skills of current employees.
  • Maintain up-to-date operational manuals.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, labor regulations, and safety protocols.
  • Implement maintenance schedules for equipment.
  • Determine staffing requirements and create work schedules.
  • Recruit and onboard new team members.
  • Assess employee performance.
  • Carry out additional responsibilities as directed by management.

Skills and Qualifications:

A high school diploma is preferred, along with 3-5 years of experience in a leadership role within a restaurant or retail setting. The position requires fixed working hours, with frequent evening, weekend, and holiday shifts, as well as administrative tasks outside of peak service times.
