Executive Assistant Role Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Executive Assistant to support our executive team at Odgers Berndtson. This position is crucial for ensuring the smooth operation of our office and assisting in various administrative tasks.

Qualifications

Professional Background
  • Experience: A minimum of 1-2 years in a similar role is preferred.
Key Responsibilities
  • Gather and organize data to prepare essential documents.
  • Draft reports and presentations for executive meetings and boards.
  • Evaluate incoming and outgoing communications.
  • Prepare and coordinate summaries and reports.
  • Schedule and manage meetings and agendas.
  • Act as a liaison between departments and external organizations.
  • Oversee daily operations and administrative functions.
  • Type and edit correspondence for accuracy.
