About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Assistant to join our team at Odgers Berndtson Canada Inc. as a key member of our corporate support team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Data Compilation and Document Preparation: Compile data to prepare documents, reports, and other materials for consideration and presentation to executive committees and boards of directors.
  • Report and Document Preparation: Prepare reports and other documents for executive committees and boards of directors, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Memoranda and Submission Analysis: Analyze incoming and outgoing memoranda, submissions, and reports to ensure timely and effective communication.
  • Summary Briefs and Reports: Prepare and coordinate the production and submission of summary briefs and reports to support executive decision-making.
  • Meeting Coordination: Prepare agendas and make arrangements for committee, board, and other meetings, ensuring seamless execution.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Meet with individuals, special interest groups, and others to discuss issues and assess and recommend various courses of action.

Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in an administrative or executive support role.
  • Computer and Technology Skills: Proficient in MS Office and other relevant software applications.
  • Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines, requiring attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
  • Personal Suitability: Accurate, dependable, efficient, excellent oral and written communication skills, flexibility, initiative, organized, reliable, team player, hardworking, quick learner, and proactive.
