Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Community Representative to join our team. As a Community Representative, you will be responsible for maintaining the overall quality of our apartment building, ensuring resident satisfaction, and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintenance and Repairs
    • Facilitate work orders and perform minor maintenance tasks, including plumbing and electrical repairs
    • Conduct regular building inspections to identify and address any issues
    • Ensure the cleanliness of common areas and corridors
    • Prepare apartments for new residents
    • Perform other grounds maintenance tasks as required
  • Resident Relations
    • Ensure resident safety and security at all times
    • Respond professionally and promptly to resident inquiries and concerns
    • Provide exceptional customer service and resolve any issues in a timely manner
  • Administrative Tasks
    • Maintain accurate records and reports
    • Assist with administrative tasks, including data entry and filing
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • 1-2 years of experience in a maintenance or customer service role
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods
