Job Summary

We're seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Relationship Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our local team, you'll be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with current and prospective customers, providing financing solutions, and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of customer needs and preferences
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Grow the portfolio organically and assist in promotional efforts to new and existing accounts
  • Manage and balance risk on customer accounts
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify and pursue new business opportunities
Requirements
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in customer-facing, sales, or sales support roles
  • Valid driver's license with reliable transportation
  • Ability to travel frequently within your market to support customers
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
