Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage documentation, including filing, scanning, and data entry tasks
  • Utilize software tools such as Word, Excel, and Outlook for various administrative functions
  • Professionally handle phone inquiries and take messages
  • Oversee visitor and contractor sign-in procedures
  • Coordinate and manage mail shipments
  • Exhibit proficiency in creating documents using Word and Excel
  • Thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced work environment
Qualifications:
  • Flexible work schedule
  • Excellent communication skills and a professional demeanor
  • Strong proficiency in Excel, Word, and Outlook
  • A collaborative team player with the ability to work independently
  • Experience with SAP/ERP systems is considered an asset
