The Sales Coordinator is the primary point of contact for Centre for Skills Development's customers. This role interacts and communicates with internal and external partners to ensure exceptional customer service is provided.
Key Responsibilities:- Support Sales Representatives in maintaining all activities in the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system.
- Enter and confirm sales orders in a timely and accurate manner.
- Provide comprehensive customer service, including maintaining customer records, logging and communicating customer complaints, coordinating internal departments to resolve problems related to sales orders, delivery, and/or service, and providing customers with requested documents.
- Select and work with qualified carriers to ship goods to customers.
- Support the Sales Manager in executing construction orders.
- Provide the Sales Manager with required data analysis and reports.
- Minimum of 1-year experience in a customer service/inside sales role.
- More than 1-year experience with an Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) and/or CRM program.
- Thriving on winning sales and exceptional client experience.
- Proficient in French a plus.
- Casual dress code.
