Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to the operations team, including preparing and editing documents, maintaining records, and performing other administrative tasks as required.
  • Office Management: Assist in the management of the office, including coordinating office services, maintaining inventory and budgetary controls, and overseeing payroll administration.
  • Communication: Develop and maintain effective communication with internal and external stakeholders, including employees, clients, and vendors.
  • Problem-Solving: Identify and resolve administrative issues in a timely and efficient manner, ensuring minimal disruption to the business.
  • Team Collaboration: Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and coordination of administrative tasks.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in an administrative role.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
