Position Overview:
Under the supervision of the Site Manager, the Customer Service Associate will address daily customer support requirements. Responsibilities include responding to inquiries, facilitating payments through multiple platforms, and providing assistance to clients. The ideal candidate should possess a strong willingness to learn, collaborate effectively within a team, and demonstrate the ability to work autonomously.

Compensation Structure: Hourly
Key Responsibilities:
Communicate and assist clients via intercom or phone. Recognize emergency and non-emergency scenarios on-site. Handle cash transactions and prepare shift reports. Access the parking control system remotely to troubleshoot and provide initial customer support. Manage incidents from logging, triaging, routing, and escalating open cases using incident management software. Interact with clients in a courteous and professional manner while actively addressing their concerns. Provide support and solutions to customers in line with the company's service policies. Perform additional tasks as assigned. Desired Attributes: Proven ability to resolve complex issues. Strong technical communication skills: capable of clearly explaining intricate solutions and processes. Collaborative mindset with excellent interpersonal abilities. Self-directed while meticulously following instructions. Proficient in multitasking and maintaining a positive, professional demeanor in a fast-paced environment. Required Qualifications: Proficient computer skills, including experience with Windows and Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word). Ability to quickly learn new software and applications. Exceptional communication skills. Fluent in English. Strong customer service orientation. Capability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
