We are seeking a highly skilled Office Administrator to join our team at Beleva Support Services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Education and Training
    • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
  • Administrative Tasks
    • Delegate work to office support staff
    • Establish work priorities and ensure procedures are followed and deadlines are met
    • Carry out administrative activities of the establishment
    • Administer policies and procedures related to the release of records in processing requests under government access to information and privacy legislation
    • Co-ordinate and plan for office services such as accommodation, relocation, equipment, supplies, forms, disposal of assets, parking, maintenance and security services
    • Assemble data and prepare periodic and special reports, manuals and correspondence
    • Perform data entry
    • Train staff
    • Oversee and co-ordinate office administrative procedures
    • Resolve conflict situations
    • Oversee payroll administration
    Qualifications
    • Experience
      • At least 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role
    • Language and Work Hours
      • English as the primary language of work
      • 35 hours per week work schedule
