About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Partner Development Specialist to join our team at Insight Enterprises, Inc. This exciting opportunity will allow you to leverage your expertise in cybersecurity solutions to drive business growth and success.

Key Responsibilities
  • Business Development: Collaborate with sales teams and partners to identify and pursue new business opportunities, ensuring alignment with overall gross profit goals and providing regular sales pipeline updates.
  • Relationship Management: Foster strong relationships with manufacturer sales teams, product managers, and purchasing teams to ensure effective programs, promotions, and tools are in place to achieve customer success.
  • Training and Enablement: Develop and deliver product and sales training to Insight's sales teams, coordinating meetings between inside and outside sales teams and driving attendance to local manufacturer-sponsored events.
  • Market Expertise: Maintain in-depth knowledge of the manufacturer's products, programs, and competition, as well as their solutions, to effectively communicate value to customers and drive business results.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree from a 4-year university or 5+ years of related sales experience.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft tools.
