About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Partner Development Manager to join our team at Lightspeed. As a key member of our commercial team, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining strategic partnerships that drive growth and revenue for our business.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a pipeline of new commercial partnerships to drive growth and revenue
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new partners to ensure successful collaboration and mutual benefit
- Work closely with internal stakeholders to align partnership strategies with business objectives
- Develop and present partnership plans to senior leadership and stakeholders
- Manage and negotiate commercial terms and agreements with partners
- Ensure seamless onboarding and integration of new partners into our ecosystem
- Monitor and report on partnership performance and ROI
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity to inform partnership strategies
Requirements
- 3-5 years of experience in channel sales, software sales, or a related field
- Proven track record of building and maintaining strong relationships with partners and stakeholders
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to develop and execute strategic partnership plans
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Experience with Salesforce, Mac OS, G Suite, Slack, and Microsoft Office
