About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Partner Specialist to join our team at Insight Direct UK Ltd. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for managing and representing the gross profit goals of a respected manufacturing partner or partners.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with Sales Teams: Work closely with our sales teams and partners to identify opportunities and solutions for clients, while ensuring overall gross profit goals are met.
  • Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with manufacturer sales teams, product managers, and purchasing teams to ensure effective programs, promotions, and tools are in place to achieve customer success.
  • Training and Development: Prepare and deliver product and sales training to our sales teams, and coordinate meetings between inside and outside sales teams to drive attendance to local manufacturer-sponsored events.
  • Market Expertise: Maintain expertise on the manufacturer's products, programs, and competition, and stay up-to-date on their solutions to effectively communicate them in trainings, presentations, and sponsored events.
Requirements
  • Education and Experience: A Bachelor's degree from a 4-year university or 5+ years of related sales experience.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft tools.
