About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Partner Development Manager to join our team at Lightspeed. As a key member of our commercial team, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining strategic partnerships that drive growth and revenue for our business.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a pipeline of new commercial partnerships to drive growth and revenue
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new partners to ensure successful collaboration and mutual benefit
  • Work closely with internal stakeholders to identify and pursue new business opportunities and partnerships
  • Develop and present comprehensive partnership plans to senior leadership and stakeholders
  • Manage and negotiate commercial terms and agreements with partners
  • Ensure seamless onboarding and integration of new partners into our ecosystem
  • Monitor and report on partnership performance and ROI
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity to inform partnership strategy

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of experience in channel sales, software sales, or a related field
  • Proven track record of building and maintaining strong relationships with partners and stakeholders
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to develop and execute comprehensive partnership strategies
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Experience with Salesforce, Mac OS, G Suite, Slack, and Microsoft Office
  • Fluency in English and French (written and verbal)
