Store Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Supervisor to join our team at The Local Leaf Cannabis. As a Sales Supervisor, you will play a key role in driving sales growth, managing store operations, and leading a team of sales associates.
Key Responsibilities- Leadership and Team Management
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of sales associates to ensure excellent customer service and sales performance.
- Provide guidance, training, and coaching to sales associates to enhance their skills and knowledge.
- Sales and Revenue Growth
- Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth and meet sales targets.
- Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Store Operations
- Manage store inventory, including ordering and receiving merchandise.
- Ensure the store is well-organized, clean, and visually appealing.
- Customer Service
- Provide exceptional customer service to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Respond to customer complaints and concerns in a professional and timely manner.
- Reporting and Analysis
- Prepare and submit sales reports to management, including sales data and trends.
- Analyze sales data to identify areas for improvement and develop strategies to address them.
- Education
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a sales or retail management role.
- Skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
