About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Director, Commercial Strategy to join our team at Accoravillage. As a key member of our Commercial Team, you will play a critical role in driving business growth and profitability through strategic planning and execution.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Commercial Strategy Development: Develop and implement a comprehensive commercial strategy that aligns with our company's overall business objectives.
  2. Team Leadership: Lead and manage a high-performing team of commercial professionals, providing guidance, coaching, and development opportunities to ensure their success.
  3. Market Analysis and Intelligence: Conduct thorough market analysis and gather intelligence to identify opportunities and threats, informing strategic decisions and driving business growth.
  4. Business Planning and Execution: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute business plans, ensuring alignment with our company's overall strategy and objectives.
  5. Stakeholder Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders, including senior leadership, to ensure effective communication and alignment on commercial initiatives.
Requirements
  • University Degree: A bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as business, marketing, or a related field.
  • Leadership Experience: A minimum of 5 years of leadership experience in a commercial or business development role, with a proven track record of driving business growth and profitability.
  • Strategic Planning and Execution: Strong strategic planning and execution skills, with the ability to develop and implement comprehensive commercial strategies.
  • Market Analysis and Intelligence: Excellent market analysis and intelligence skills, with the ability to gather and analyze data to inform strategic decisions.
  • Team Leadership and Development: Proven ability to lead and manage high-performing teams, with a focus on coaching, development, and succession planning.
