Key Responsibilities- Lead the Commercial Capabilities team to be the center of excellence for Market Insights and Go To Market execution for Gay Lea Foods.
- Develop, implement, and support the commercial team with an annual insights-led Go To Market strategy and selling materials to execute against the overall corporate strategy.
- Evaluate current market trends, competitor strategies, and customer preferences to identify untapped opportunities and potential threats.
- Oversee the development of strategic partnerships and relationships with external market research organizations to enhance business capabilities.
- Collaborate effectively with individuals at all levels of the organization to gain alignment with strategic commercial initiatives.
- Strong project management, creative problem-solving, conceptual thinking, identifying future trends, and process improvement.
- Strong presentation skills and the ability to inspire and influence others through storytelling and executive presence.
- Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills as well as working knowledge of syndicated data systems.
- Experience working in a matrix organization structure is an asset.
