Brandt Group of Companies is seeking a seasoned professional to fill the role of Regional Customer Support Sales Manager. This key position will play a vital part in the growth and development of the product support program in the Saskatchewan and Manitoba region.
The Regional Customer Support Sales Manager will be responsible for collaborating with the Sales, Parts, Service, and Branch management teams to execute and develop key objectives for the region. This includes ensuring that Customer Support Agents (CSAs) are held accountable for product support sales growth and customer engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and Own Regional Business Strategy: Create and implement annual business plans for the region, focusing on sales and margin growth.
- CSA Education and Direction: Educate and direct CSAs to promote Brandt's product support initiatives within the region.
- CSA Process Management: Manage CSA processes, including call reporting, CRM, and target setting.
- Customer Support and Account Management: Assist CSAs with customer calls and key accounts, ensuring timely and effective resolution.
- Performance Metrics and Analysis: Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) for CSAs and measure their performance on a monthly basis.
- Regional Coverage and Analysis: Analyze and implement proper coverage for the region, ensuring that all areas are adequately supported.
- Large Account Engagement: Engage directly with larger accounts in the region to promote Brandt's full product support offering.
- Market Intelligence and Feedback: Provide feedback on regional industry trends, including growth opportunities, new offerings, and existing product promotion.
- Competitor and Customer Analysis: Conduct market intelligence on competition, customers, and segment trends.
- Sales and Margin Analysis: Analyze sales and margin data to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
- Performance Feedback and Guidance: Analyze reports to provide insight and feedback to guide the performance of CSAs and branches.
- New Product Opportunities: Identify new product opportunities and work with internal teams to supply and implement.
