About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Strategic Customer Success Manager to join our team at ACCS - ARES Customer Care Solutions GmbH. As a key member of our Customer Success organization, you will be responsible for driving business growth and customer satisfaction through strategic account management and customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities
  • Strategic Account Planning: Develop and execute account plans to drive business growth and customer satisfaction across a portfolio of strategic accounts.
  • Customer Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, understanding their business needs and providing strategic guidance to drive customer success.
  • Issue Resolution: Proactively identify and resolve customer issues, ensuring timely and effective resolution to maintain customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with internal stakeholders, including Sales, Professional Services, and Product teams, to ensure seamless customer engagement and issue resolution.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Provide regular business performance reports and analysis to senior leadership, identifying key trends and opportunities for growth.
Requirements
  • 9+ years of experience in a customer-facing role, with a strong background in account management and customer success.
  • Proven track record of driving business growth and customer satisfaction through strategic account management and customer engagement.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve complex customer issues.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with multiple priorities and deadlines.
