Key Responsibilities:

  • Execute sales consultant responsibilities.
  • Oversee and manage the personnel and activities within the section.
  • Administer section inventory and cash management.
  • Optimize team performance and sales outcomes.
  • Address customer inquiries and unique situations.
  • Ensure adherence to Première Moisson standards.
  • Maintain comprehensive knowledge of all product offerings.
  • Organize work processes in one or more store sections.
  • Responsible for opening and/or closing the store.
  • Guarantee compliance with product marketing, quality, hygiene, and sanitation standards by staff in the section.
  • Supervise team operations and perform customer service tasks, including cash handling.
  • Provide training for new staff as required.
  • Act as a substitute for the assistant manager when necessary.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum one year of experience in a similar or customer service-oriented role
  • Relevant expertise in sales and customer service strategies
  • Capability to lead a team of employees
  • Strong communication skills
  • Proficiency in spoken and written French
  • Proficiency in spoken English (considered an asset)
  • Self-motivated, energetic, and committed to customer satisfaction and teamwork.
