Key Responsibilities:
- Execute sales consultant responsibilities.
- Oversee and manage the personnel and activities within the section.
- Administer section inventory and cash management.
- Optimize team performance and sales outcomes.
- Address customer inquiries and unique situations.
- Ensure adherence to Première Moisson standards.
- Maintain comprehensive knowledge of all product offerings.
- Organize work processes in one or more store sections.
- Responsible for opening and/or closing the store.
- Guarantee compliance with product marketing, quality, hygiene, and sanitation standards by staff in the section.
- Supervise team operations and perform customer service tasks, including cash handling.
- Provide training for new staff as required.
- Act as a substitute for the assistant manager when necessary.
Qualifications:
- Minimum one year of experience in a similar or customer service-oriented role
- Relevant expertise in sales and customer service strategies
- Capability to lead a team of employees
- Strong communication skills
- Proficiency in spoken and written French
- Proficiency in spoken English (considered an asset)
- Self-motivated, energetic, and committed to customer satisfaction and teamwork.
