Key Responsibilities:

  • Execute sales consultant functions.
  • Oversee and manage personnel and activities within the section.
  • Control inventory and cash register operations.
  • Optimize team performance and sales outcomes.
  • Address customer inquiries and special situations.
  • Ensure adherence to Première Moisson standards.
  • Maintain comprehensive knowledge of all product offerings.
  • Organize workflow within one or more sections of the store.
  • Open and/or close the store as required.
  • Enforce product marketing, quality, hygiene, and sanitation standards among staff in the section.
  • Supervise team activities and perform customer service tasks, including cash handling.
  • Train new team members as necessary.
  • Fill in for the assistant manager when needed.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum one year of experience in a similar or customer service-oriented role
  • Relevant expertise in sales and customer service methodologies
  • Proven ability to lead a team of employees
  • Strong communication skills
  • Proficiency in spoken and written French
  • English fluency (an asset)
  • Self-motivated, energetic, and committed to customer satisfaction and teamwork.
