Key Responsibilities:
- Execute sales consultant responsibilities.
- Oversee and manage personnel and activities within the section.
- Administer section inventory and cash management.
- Enhance team performance and sales outcomes.
- Address customer inquiries and special circumstances.
- Uphold Première Moisson standards consistently.
- Maintain comprehensive knowledge of all product offerings.
- Organize workflow across one or more store sections.
- Facilitate store opening and closing procedures.
- Ensure compliance with product marketing, quality, hygiene, and sanitation standards by staff in the section.
- Supervise team operations and perform customer service tasks, including cash handling.
- Train new staff as required.
- Provide coverage for the assistant manager role when necessary.
Qualifications:
- Minimum one year of experience in a similar or customer service-oriented role
- Solid understanding of sales and customer service techniques
- Proven ability to lead a team effectively
- Strong communication skills
- Fluency in spoken and written French
- Proficiency in spoken English is an asset
- Self-motivated, energetic, and committed to customer satisfaction and teamwork.
