Key Responsibilities:

  • Execute sales consultant responsibilities.
  • Oversee and manage personnel and activities within the section.
  • Administer section inventory and cash management.
  • Enhance team performance and sales outcomes.
  • Address customer inquiries and special circumstances.
  • Uphold Première Moisson standards consistently.
  • Maintain comprehensive knowledge of all product offerings.
  • Organize workflow across one or more store sections.
  • Facilitate store opening and closing procedures.
  • Ensure compliance with product marketing, quality, hygiene, and sanitation standards by staff in the section.
  • Supervise team operations and perform customer service tasks, including cash handling.
  • Train new staff as required.
  • Provide coverage for the assistant manager role when necessary.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum one year of experience in a similar or customer service-oriented role
  • Solid understanding of sales and customer service techniques
  • Proven ability to lead a team effectively
  • Strong communication skills
  • Fluency in spoken and written French
  • Proficiency in spoken English is an asset
  • Self-motivated, energetic, and committed to customer satisfaction and teamwork.
