Restaurant Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team at Food and Beverage Company of Kanata Inc. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily activities of our food service staff, ensuring that our high standards of quality and customer service are consistently met.
Key Responsibilities- Operations Management
- Develop and implement efficient systems and procedures to manage food preparation, service, and inventory.
- Monitor and control food costs, labor costs, and other operational expenses.
- Staff Supervision
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of food service staff, including training and development.
- Ensure that staff are aware of and adhere to company policies and procedures.
- Customer Service
- Ensure that all customers receive exceptional service and that their needs are met.
- Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional and timely manner.
- Inventory Management
- Manage inventory levels, including ordering and receiving supplies.
- Monitor and control inventory costs.
- Reporting and Analysis
- Prepare and submit regular reports on operational performance, including sales, labor costs, and inventory levels.
- Analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Education
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a food service supervisory role.
- Skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Ability to lead and motivate a team.
- Work Environment
- Work in a fast-paced food service environment.
- Work Schedule
- 30 to 40 hours per week.
- Language
