Restaurant Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Restaurant Manager to lead our team at Wendy's. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our restaurant, providing exceptional customer service, and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities:- Operational Excellence: Determine the type of services to be offered and implement operational procedures to ensure efficient service delivery.
- Cost Management: Cost products and services to maintain profitability and control expenses.
- Health and Safety: Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations to maintain a safe working environment.
- Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, address complaints, and resolve issues promptly.
- Team Leadership: Supervise a team of 11-15 people, providing guidance, support, and development opportunities.
- Technology: Utilize electronic cash registers, MS Office, point of sale systems, and spreadsheets to manage daily operations.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.
- Language: Fluency in English.
- Work Schedule: 40 hours per week.
