About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Restaurant Operations Manager to join our team at Wendy's. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our restaurant, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and that our business runs smoothly and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities
  • Menu Planning and Cost Control

Determine the types of services to be offered and implement operational procedures to ensure that our menu offerings are aligned with customer demand and that costs are effectively managed.

Staff Supervision and Development

Supervise and train a team of 11-15 staff members to ensure that they have the skills and knowledge required to provide excellent customer service and to maintain high standards of food quality and safety.

Customer Service and Relations

Provide exceptional customer service, addressing customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner, and work to build strong relationships with our customers to drive loyalty and retention.

Inventory Management and Supply Chain

Negotiate arrangements with suppliers for food and other supplies, and ensure that inventory levels are managed effectively to minimize waste and optimize stock levels.

Health and Safety

Ensure that all health and safety regulations are followed, and that our restaurant is maintained in a clean and safe environment for our customers and staff.

Requirements
  • Education and Experience

Secondary (high) school graduation certificate and 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.

Computer and Technology Skills

Proficient in the use of electronic cash registers, MS Office, point of sale systems, and spreadsheets.

Work Environment

Willing to relocate and work a 40-hour week in a fast-paced restaurant environment.
