Job Title: Director, Entertainment Partnerships

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as Director, Entertainment Partnerships. As a key member of our Corporate team, you will be responsible for developing and executing our Entertainment partnership strategy and portfolio to drive brand and business results for Rogers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute our Entertainment partnership strategy and portfolio to drive brand and business results for Rogers.
  • Align Entertainment strategy with Rogers' brand and business objectives.
  • Drive strategic and creative thinking across multiple projects, from creative brief development to insights-driven campaign execution.
  • Prepare executive-level strategic plans, memos, and post reports for alignment with leadership and stakeholders that deliver on bold ambition and KPIs.
  • Contribute to quarterly and annual brand planning and budgeting and maintain up-to-date objectives and KPI results for Entertainment Partnerships.
  • Continuously identify ways to challenge the status quo and elevate Rogers' Partnerships to deliver on long-term brand growth and business impact.
Requirements:
  • 15+ years of experience in Partnership and/or Brand Marketing, including strategic planning, creative development, and execution, with a proven track record of leading a team and managing large integrated marketing campaigns.
  • Strategically minded, adept at driving innovation with strong analytical skills for tracking and optimizing campaign performance through data-driven insights.
