Job Title: Entertainment Director

Are you a seasoned entertainment professional looking for a new challenge? We're seeking an experienced Entertainment Director to join our team at Carnival Cruise Lines.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Quality Control: Ensure the highest quality entertainment experiences for our guests, including coaching and guiding the department, monitoring activities, and implementing corrective measures as needed.
  • Scheduling: Create, monitor, and modify the ship's entertainment schedule to maximize revenue and guest satisfaction.
  • Revenue Generation: Develop and implement strategies to increase ship revenue through entertainment programming and partnerships.
  • Safety and Compliance: Ensure compliance with CCL safety procedures and regulations, including Fun Time procedures and port safety manning.
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience in the hospitality industry, preferably in entertainment.
  • 3+ years of personnel management experience.
  • Bachelor's Degree or higher preferred.
