Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Entertainment Director to join our team at Carnival Cruise Lines. As a key member of our entertainment team, you will be responsible for creating and implementing entertainment programs that exceed our guests' expectations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Quality Control
    • Coach and guide the entertainment team to ensure high-quality performances and events.
    • Monitor activities and events to ensure they meet our standards.
    • Develop and implement strategies to improve entertainment operations.
  • Scheduling
    • Create and manage the entertainment schedule to maximize revenue and guest satisfaction.
    • Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless execution of entertainment programs.
  • Revenue
    • Develop and implement strategies to increase revenue through entertainment programming.
    • Collaborate with business partners to identify opportunities for growth.
  • Safety
    • Ensure compliance with safety procedures and protocols.
    • Develop and implement safety training programs for the entertainment team.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in the hospitality industry, preferably in entertainment.
  • 3+ years of personnel management experience.
  • Bachelor's Degree or higher preferred.
