We are seeking a seasoned brand marketer to lead our Entertainment Partnerships team. As Director, Entertainment Partnerships, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategic partnerships that drive business results and brand impact.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Align Entertainment strategy with Rogers' brand and business objectives.
  2. Drive strategic and creative thinking across multiple projects, from creative brief development to insights-driven campaign execution.
  3. Prepare executive-level strategic plans, memos, and post reports for alignment with leadership and stakeholders that deliver on bold ambition and KPIs.
  4. Contribute to quarterly and annual brand planning and budgeting and maintain up-to-date objectives and KPI results for Entertainment Partnerships.
  5. Continuously identify ways to challenge the status quo and elevate Rogers' Partnerships to deliver on long-term brand growth and business impact.

Requirements:

  1. 15+ years of experience in Partnership and/or Brand Marketing, including strategic planning, creative development and execution, with a proven track record of leading a team and managing large integrated marketing campaigns.
  2. Strategically minded, adept at driving innovation with strong analytical skills for tracking and optimizing campaign performance through data-driven insights.
