Director, Digital Product Management

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven leader to join our team as Director, Digital Product Management. This role will be based in our corporate head office in Toronto, where you will work closely with our team to drive business growth and innovation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the development and implementation of digital product strategies to drive business growth and customer engagement.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize product opportunities and develop business cases.
  • Manage and mentor a team of product managers to ensure successful product launches and ongoing product development.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and internal teams.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in digital product management, with a strong track record of driving business growth and innovation.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex data and develop effective solutions.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple projects and deadlines.
