Hotel Front Desk Clerk

We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused Hotel Front Desk Clerk to join our team at ALMAC MOTOR HOTEL. As a key member of our front office team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional guest service, managing room assignments, and ensuring a seamless check-in and check-out experience for our guests.
Key Responsibilities- Guest Registration and Room Assignments: Register arriving guests, assign rooms, and ensure accurate and efficient room assignments.
- Front Desk Operations: Process group arrivals and departures, take, cancel, and change room reservations, and provide information on hotel facilities and services.
- Guest Communication: Provide general information about points of interest in the area, process guests' departures, calculate charges, and receive payments.
- Inventory Management: Maintain an inventory of vacancies, reservations, and room assignments.
- Clerical Duties: Perform various clerical tasks, including faxing, filing, and photocopying.
- Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, answer telephone calls, and relay messages.
This is a fast-paced environment that requires standing for extended periods. The ideal candidate will be able to work in a dynamic environment and provide excellent service to our guests.
Requirements- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: Experience is an asset.
- Language: English.
- Work Hours: 35 hours per week.
