Your Role:

  • Develop and execute strategic plans for community events and partnerships that align with the organization's core values.
  • Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the impact of events and partnerships.
  • Represent CBC/Radio-Canada at events, fostering relationships and negotiating agreements with stakeholders.
  • Manage human, financial, and production resources effectively to ensure successful event execution.
  • Supervise brand outreach activities and collaborate with internal teams to enhance corporate positioning.
  • Build strong interdepartmental relationships to facilitate seamless collaboration across the organization.

Requirements:

  • University degree in marketing, communications, or a related field.
  • 6-8 years of proven experience in event management, marketing, and public relations.
  • Expertise in developing and executing strategic plans for community engagement and partnerships.
  • Strong team management skills with the ability to lead and motivate diverse teams.
  • Proficiency in Google Workspace applications.
  • Fluency in both English and French (reading, writing, and speaking).
