About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Marketing Manager, Community Engagement and Partnerships to join our team at CBC/Radio-Canada. As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies that drive engagement and partnerships with our community.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement marketing plans that align with our corporate objectives and priorities.
  • Build and maintain relationships with internal and external partners to drive community engagement and partnerships.
  • Oversee the development and operationalization of community events and brand outreach activities.
  • Manage and supervise teams involved in community events and partnerships.
  • Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the impact of community events and partnerships.
  • Represent the Corporation at community events and negotiate strategic agreements with partners.
Requirements
  • University degree in marketing or a related field.
  • 6-8 years of experience in marketing, with a focus on community engagement and partnerships.
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing campaigns.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Bilingualism (English and French, spoken and written).
